THERMAL INSULATION
High Temperature
Our high-temperature jackets turn extreme heat into measurable savings. By locking in up to 95% of lost energy, they reduce both running costs and carbon emissions. In addition, they are engineered for continuous service up to 900 °C. Despite this durability, they remain quick to remove and reinstall during maintenance. As a result, they are ideal for boilers, turbines, and exhaust systems.
Teflon (PTFE)
Our Teflon jackets resist UV exposure and withstand aggressive chemicals, including acids, caustics, fuels, and lubricants. In addition, we can incorporate a clear outer layer. This allows operators to visually check seal integrity without removing the jacket.
Acid/ Alkaline detection
When handling corrosive fluids, early detection is critical. Therefore, we offer jackets with a built-in litmus patch positioned behind a clear Teflon window. As a result, leaks can be identified instantly, improving both safety and response times.
Anti-static
Our anti-static insulation jackets are designed for environments where electrostatic discharge presents a risk. These include petrochemical plants, powder-handling facilities, and electronics manufacturing. The jackets safely dissipate charge build-up while maintaining full thermal performance. Consequently, they improve both safety and process reliability.
IBC/ Tray Bund Covers
Our bespoke IBC and tray bund covers are tailored to fit any container or spill tray. They provide both thermal protection and containment in a single solution. In addition, optional trace heating can be integrated to maintain fluid viscosity and prevent freezing. This ensures consistent operation, even in cold environments.
ACOUSTIC INSULATION AND ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURES
Acoustic Enclosures
Acoustic enclosures are fully enclosed structures built from heavy-duty soundproof panels. These panels typically combine multi-layer steel or composite faces with an internal acoustic core. As a result, they achieve high levels of sound reduction.
In addition, enclosures include acoustically treated access doors and sealed viewing windows. This allows maintenance and inspection without compromising performance. Common applications include diesel generators, compressors, and blowers. Typically, noise levels are reduced by 15–25 dB, protecting both workers and surrounding areas.
Dual Purpose Thermal/ Acoustic Jackets
Dual-purpose thermal and acoustic jackets provide both heat containment and noise reduction in a single solution. Each jacket combines standard insulation with a high-density acoustic barrier. As a result, they reduce airborne noise while improving thermal efficiency.
They are custom-made to fit pipes, valves, and equipment precisely. In addition, secure fastening systems, such as Velcro straps, cord ties, or turn-button fixings, ensure a tight fit. However, they still allow quick removal for maintenance.
LOFT INSULATION
With over 40 years of experience, we design insulation systems to suit any commercial roof space. Our solutions use high-performance, fire-rated materials tailored to your building’s requirements. As a result, they reduce heat loss, lower energy costs, and meet regulatory standards.
We begin with a detailed site survey and thermal assessment. Key factors such as climate, building geometry, and usage are analysed. From this, we determine the optimal materials and insulation thickness.
Installers then cut and fit insulation on-site to match the exact roof profile. In addition, careful attention is given to overlaps, loft hatches, and service penetrations. This ensures airtightness and prevents thermal bridging. Consequently, a continuous thermal envelope is achieved.
We also assess moisture and condensation risk. Therefore, appropriate control measures are included to protect the building fabric over the long term.

Ceiling Pads
