Case in point: A customer required some insulation jackets for some whiskey distilleries in Scotland. This is not a problem, we have done plenty of these before so it was a simple job – or so we thought. Measurements and drawings were done and the jackets produced all ready for delivery to the customer, but we had a problem with a couple of the stills that were a difficult size and fit for the jackets. The solution was simple; we loaded up a van with everything needed to finish the jackets on site. We booked hotel rooms and send the team to Scotland to finish the jackets so that they fitted perfectly. A week later all the stills were looking good and the customer was very happy.
